1. We offer a 14-day return policy for all products purchased on www.madshop.ch. starting from the date you receive your order. The return date (postmark) is decisive for meeting the deadline. Returns are only accepted if the products are in perfect condition — undamaged, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
2. Products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., opened cosmetic items) are excluded from the return policy.

4. Customers are required to check the delivered goods immediately upon receipt.
